GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Controller of the Personal Data collected through the Online Store managed by SARA J. Pieściński, H. Pieścińska Sp.k., with its registered seat in Grudziądz, at ul. Chełmińska 105, 86-300 Grudziądz, Poland, registered by the District Court in Toruń, 7th Economic Division of the National Court Register, KRS (NCR) 0000774225, NIP (tax ID) 8761747225, REGON (stat. no.) 870527452 hereinafter referred to as the “Store”.

Personal Data collected by the Controller through the Online Store shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the Act on personal data protection of 10 May 2018.

TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED, PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

The Controller shall process personal data through the Online Store:

1. If the User uses the contact form. Personal data shall be processed under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR under the legitimate interest of the Controller.
2. If the User subscribes to the Newsletter in order to receive commercial information electronically. Personal data shall be processed upon a separate consent.
3. For the conclusion and performance of the agreement until the period of limitation for claims related to the performance of the agreement expires.
4. For the creation and maintenance of an Account until the period of limitation for claims related to the performance of the agreement expires.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

The Controller shall process the following categories of the User’s personal data:

1. Name and surname,
2. Date of birth,
3. Residence address,
4. Shipping address,
5. E-mail address,
6. Telephone number,
7. NIP (tax ID),
8. Company name,
9. Company address.

PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Personal Data of Users shall be kept by the Controller for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing or until the User withdraws their consent, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

The Personal Data of Users may be transferred to service providers used by the Controller for the operation of the Online Store, however, only within the European Economic Area (EEA).

THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT PERSONAL DATA

The data subject shall have the right to request access to its personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and to withdraw their consent at any time.

COOKIES

The Controller’s store uses “cookies” necessary for the proper provision of services by the Online Store and for keeping general statistics of online store visits.

FINAL PROVISIONS

The Controller shall apply relevant technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the personal data processed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Polish law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. (GDPR). In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and other relevant provisions of the Polish law shall apply accordingly.
